ITEMF Expo processes your personal data in order to provide you with services on the Website enabling you to visit exhibitions and other events organised by ITEMF Expo.

Personal data processing activities may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of ITEMF Expo provided that such activities do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical norms.

If you are a representative of a company, by entering your personal data into the Application-Agreement you also confirm your consent to your personal data being included in the register of subjects who have expressed a desire to receive information about the organization and ITEMF Expo advertising, marketing and exhibition events, including promotional ones.

ITEMF Expo reserves the right to use anonymised information relating to data you provide when completing the Application-Agreement.

ITEMF Expo does not verify the authenticity of the name and contact details specified during registration, nor does it collect information about site visitors and participants from other sources, such as public registers, directories of individuals or legal entities.

4. Disclosure of personal data

ITEMF Expo shall not sell or disclose user personal data to any third parties.

ITEMF Expo shall be entitled to disclose personal data on the user to third parties only if:

If you have registered for an exhibition or other event as a visitor, ITEMF Expo has the right to transmit the information you have provided on the website to exhibitors participating in the exhibitions or events for which you have registered or for which you have previously attended. Please note that all exhibitors participating in ITEMF Expo's events are independent from ITEMF Expo and shall not act on behalf of ITEMF Expo.

At the same time, ITEMF Expo will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data during its processing by the exhibitors, as well as to prevent any unlawful actions with your data.

ITEMF Expo gives users the opportunity to verify or withdraw their consent to processing of their personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to, or by sending a request by mail to the address of the ITEMF Expo office.
